Insurance & Payments

At NeuroLilly, we believe accessible, high-quality care should be within reach for as many individuals and families as possible. We work with several major insurance providers and offer transparent self-pay options to support your wellness journey.

Accepted Insurance:

Our clinicians participate with select insurance plans. Coverage varies by provider and specific plan, so we encourage you to contact our office. We will gladly verify your benefits and help match you with the most appropriate clinician.

We currently accept the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna / Evernorth

  • United Healthcare Commercial (UHC) – Limited availability

  • Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP)

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) / Florida Blue

  • Medicare

  • Curative

If your insurance is not listed or your chosen clinician is out-of-network, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill for reimbursement. Many clients successfully receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. We are also actively expanding our network with additional insurance panels.

Self-Pay Fees:

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

  • Individual Therapy Session — $110

  • Couples or Family Session — $125

  • Group Session — $75

  • 30-Minute Maintenance Session — $85 (special circumstances)

  • Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment — $250

  • Collateral Sessions — $25 per 15 minutes

  • Non-Clinical Services — $25 per 15 minutes

Our self-pay rates for individual therapy range from $110–$125 per session. Limited sliding-scale rates are available based on financial need and income. Please inquire for more information.

  • Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the provider with advance notice to the client.

  • We are happy to discuss flexible payment options to support your therapeutic journey.
