Current Career Opportunities
We are currently hiring fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) and select administrative professionals. At this time, we are primarily seeking candidates for our Ocala, Florida location. Fully remote clinician positions are available for licensed professionals anywhere in Florida. We are also open to discussing school internship opportunities for qualified graduate students.
In-Office Clinicians (Independent Contractors – 1099)
We are seeking experienced, fully licensed mental health professionals to join our team in-person at our Ocala, Florida office. As part of our growing practice, you will have the support of a turn-key office, full administrative team, and advanced technology so you can focus on delivering high-quality, integrative care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, family, child/adolescent, or group therapy (depending on your specialty)
Maintain timely clinical documentation in TherapyNotes
Collaborate with our care team for coordinated client support
Participate in occasional team meetings and case consultations
Requirements:
Fully licensed in the state of Florida as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent (Registered Interns with active Board-approved supervision may be considered)
Minimum 2–3 years of post-master’s clinical experience preferred
Passion for integrative, client-centered, and trauma-informed care
Commitment to a minimum of 25–30 clinical hours per week
Willingness to work on-site in our Ocala office
Professional liability insurance (required)
Ability to pass a Background Check, Drug Screen, Licensing Checks, and full interview process.
Professional Liability Insurance (Malpractice) - All clinicians are required to maintain their own active professional liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to seeing clients.

Onboarding & Billing Timeline (Transparent): You can begin seeing self-pay clients immediately upon contracting. For insurance billing, we will assist with credentialing through our panels. Typical timeline is 60–120 days for most major insurance companies to complete credentialing and for your NPI to become active for billing. We provide full support throughout this process.
Fully Remote Clinicians (Independent Contractors – 1099)
We are seeking licensed clinicians who value flexibility and want to deliver care remotely while enjoying full administrative, billing, and technical support from our team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced therapists who prefer virtual work without sacrificing practice infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality telehealth therapy (individual, couples, family, etc.)
Maintain timely and compliant documentation in TherapyNotes
Utilize our provided VoIP phone system with a dedicated NeuroLilly number
Participate in team collaboration as needed
Requirements:
Fully licensed in the state of Florida as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
Strong experience and comfort with telehealth platforms and technology

Clinical Scheduler (Full-Time, Salaried / W-2 Position)
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and client-focused Clinical Scheduler to serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience from initial inquiry through ongoing care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client scheduling, rescheduling, and intake coordination
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism and empathy
Verify insurance benefits and assist with new client onboarding
Maintain accurate schedules and provider availability in TherapyNotes
Support administrative tasks as needed to keep the practice running efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical or mental health office scheduling/administration preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with technology (Experience with TherapyNotes, EHR systems, or similar is a plus)
Professional, warm, and compassionate phone presence

Insurance and Billing Specialist (Salaried / W-2 Position)
We are looking for an experienced Insurance and Billing Specialist to manage the financial and insurance operations of our growing practice. This role is critical for ensuring timely claims processing, accurate billing, and positive cash flow while maintaining excellent compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance verification, credentialing, and benefits checks for new and existing clients
Claims submission, follow-up, and denial management
Patient billing, payment posting, and accounts receivable management
Revenue cycle reporting and reconciliation
Collaboration with clinicians and administrative team on billing-related matters
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of medical billing experience, preferably in mental health or behavioral health
Strong knowledge of insurance plans (Aetna, Cigna, United, BCBS, Medicare, etc.)
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and mental health billing guidelines
Experience with TherapyNotes or similar EHR/billing software is highly preferred
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently from our Ocala Office. [NOT REMOTE]

Our Onboarding Process for Clinicians
We’ve designed our onboarding to be smooth, supportive, and transparent so you can start seeing clients as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Application & Interview
Submit your resume and licensure information. We’ll schedule a conversation to discuss your clinical experience, goals, and how you align with NeuroLilly’s integrative approach.
Step 2: Contracting & Credentialing
Once accepted, we’ll complete your independent contractor agreement, set up your TherapyNotes access, and begin the insurance credentialing process with our panels. You can begin seeing self-pay clients immediately after this step.
Step 3: Technology & Office Setup
We’ll provide training on our systems (TherapyNotes, VoIP phone, telehealth platform, etc.). In-office clinicians receive office access and setup; remote clinicians receive their VoIP phone and equipment shipped directly to them.
Step 4: Welcome & Client Flow
You’ll meet the team, review our clinical and administrative workflows, and begin receiving client referrals. Ongoing support from our administrative team ensures you can focus on clinical work from day one.
