Our Commitment to Holistic Wellness
About Us
At NeuroLilly LLC, we believe true healing emerges when science, spirit, and the human body align — like stars finding harmony within the vast universe. Founded by a husband-and-wife team, we bring together two powerful perspectives: the grounded wisdom of clinical expertise and the expansive vision of engineering the mind.
Our Clinical Director is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with deep experience guiding individuals through life’s most challenging terrain. Our CEO is a former U.S. Army Infantryman and combat veteran turned Aerospace Engineer. Together, we created NeuroLilly as a sanctuary where veterans, families, and individuals seeking deeper transformation can find lasting healing.
We practice solution-based therapy that honors the whole person — mind, body, and consciousness. We understand that trauma, depression, anxiety, and emotional pain often stem from disrupted neural pathways. Rather than simply treating symptoms, we help clients rewire their nervous system by building new, stronger pathways — increasing the bandwidth and energy flow within the brain and spirit.
Our approach seamlessly blends:
Evidence-based clinical methods
Spiritual awareness and mindfulness
Consciousness expansion
Somatic (body-centered) practices
We guide clients to cultivate new behaviors, redirect their energy, and align with their highest potential — creating not just relief, but genuine transformation. Through personalized skills, meaningful homework, and practices that strengthen both body and mind, we help individuals move from surviving to truly thriving.
At NeuroLilly, healing is more than therapy — it is a return to wholeness. It is remembering you are not separate from the universe, but a conscious expression of it. We walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner light, rebuild your neural architecture, and step into a life of clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Welcome to your next chapter.

Michael Collier
Founder | CEO
B.S. Aerospace Engineering | Jet & Rocketry | ERAU Alumni | U.S. Army Combat Veteran
Mike Collier is a visionary leader, combat veteran, and devoted father who brings the same discipline, precision, and unwavering commitment he once applied on the battlefield and in aerospace engineering to the healing arts.
A proud father to three boys and a daughter, Mike’s deepest drive is to create a better future for his family and every family seeking transformation. After nearly twelve years of service as an Infantryman and Squad Leader in the United States Army — including multiple combat deployments — Mike understands the profound impact of trauma on both body and mind. His personal journey through service-related injuries taught him that true resilience is not just about enduring — it is about rebuilding stronger.
Fueled by this experience, Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a concentration in Rocket and Jet Propulsion from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He later applied his engineering expertise as a Gas Turbine Service Engineer at Mitsubishi Power Americas, where he led complex root-cause analyses and optimized high-performance systems.
At NeuroLilly, Mike channels his battlefield grit, aerospace precision, and deep belief in human potential into a scientific and spiritual approach to mental wellness. He believes that healing is an act of engineering the mind — rewiring neural pathways, increasing energy flow, and expanding consciousness. Together with his wife Oksana, he co-founded NeuroLilly to bridge cutting-edge science with soulful, integrative healing.
For Mike, NeuroLilly is more than a practice — it is a mission. A commitment to helping veterans, families, and individuals align their mind, body, and spirit so they can rise above their past and fully embody the limitless potential that lives within each of us.
